Dwudzieste czwarte spotkanie w Art.Rockowym Świecie poświęcone było tej, która zaskakuje wszystkich każdego roku – zimie. Jak zawsze pojawia się nagle, sieje spustoszenie w miastach i uniemożliwia dotarcie do nich.
